Incredibly welcoming and exceptionally pleasant staff members, in that manner. Great and stunning location to the activities we had panned, and 10 minute walk from friendly medieval ruins. Based adjacent to the first path to climb mount snowdon.

The weather was lovely, had really lovely stay. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from friendly medieval ruins was incredible. Visited few places in the centre, at a walking distance from the hotel.

get the TV off the fixed wall mount, its bloody awful !

The proximity to Snowdon and rates were excellent
There was a fire alarm at approx. five am on sat. 16th July .We vacated the building into the pouring rain .There was no contact with staff at all. We had to go to reception where the fire engine was and enquire .We saw two young men talking to two of the fire crew .They went off upstairs with them at which point the man behind the desk told us it was a false alarm. They really need to improve drastically on their fire proceedures .The hotel was apparently full as they had a wedding party and consequences could have been very serious if it had been a real fire.(No check was made to see everyone had vacated) The absence of any form of apology for the inconvience was poor.
